Domestic and international returns
If the customer wants to exercise their consumer protection, it is possible to do so within a 14 day period that starts when the product is received. The customer is to notify us through email on email@example.com if he/she wishes to initiate the return process. The customer pays for return shipping and is responsible for the product’s condition after the goods have been received, as well as during return shipping. The merchandise must be well packaged and in good condition.
